How do I purchase a frame from Hardwood Frames?
You can purchase from Hardwood Frames three different ways - online, e-mail, or phone. Hardwood Frames is a wholesale frame company and sells primarily to photographers and interior designers. To create an account, please fill out the new customer form which can be located by clicking on the “become a customer” link at the top of this page.
How do I access Hardwood Frames pricing?
If you are interested in receiving pricing you must become a customer. You can become a customer by clicking the "Become A Customer" link at the top of this page. After completing the online application, we will be in touch with you very soon—usually within 24 hours during the normal business week.
Do Hardwood Frames come with plexiglass or backing?
Hardwood Frames do not come with plexiglass (acryllic) or backing. Hardwood Frames does offer framing accessories such as no-glare acrylic, clear acrylic, chipboard backing, and hinged easel backs. If you would like to order these framing accessories please contact us.
What is your shipping cost?
Our shipping cost is 20% of the total cost of your order before any discount on all frames ordered online.
Phone or E-mail
On orders that are placed via phone or e-mail and are not processed through the shopping cart, the customer is charged the actual freight costs based on the weight and the dimensions of the package.
Orders that exceed dimensional limits and/or a weight limit of one hundred and fifty pounds, the order will be shipped and the customer will be charged the actual freight costs on these shipments.
How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped either FedEx or UPS three day delivery, whichever is most cost effective in your area. Orders that exceed dimensional limits and/or a weight limit of one hundred and fifty pounds will go truck freight. Customer will be charged actual costs on these shipments.
How soon can I expect my order to ship?
Turnaround time is 1-2 weeks from the day the order is placed.
Can my order be returned?
Since all frames are custom made there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on any of our products. Hardwood Frames does guarantee the quality of their frames and will cover any defects that happen during production. Any returns must be done within 30 days of the day the order was shipped. Any damage to the frame that occurs after receipt of the frame is not covered and may not be returned.
What do I do if my order is damaged when I receive it?
If an order is received damaged please contact Hardwood Frames immediately to arrange pick-up. Please keep ALL BOXES AND PACKAGING. Upon receipt of your call we will immediately begin production on a replacement frame so that you will receive your new frame as quickly as possible.
